Flitter Fairies™ magically flit and fly all around you with enchanted flapping wings! It’s easy to guide your fairy with your magic wand! Flitter Fairies are a joy to use. Just clip the clip to your hair or clothing, and turn the Fairy on. Her wings begin to flutter and you can manipulate the "pixie silk" connecting the fairy to the clip with your hand or the included wand. There are three sister fairies.
