Mohamed Bangoura Baga Rhythms and Songs CD

Mohamed Bangoura was the youngest djembefola playing with the "Ballets Africains de Guinée" before he became master drummer. In 1986, after touring for ten years with the ensemble, he decided to settle in Paris. Mohamed Bangoura "Bagadi" (son of Baga), has performed throughout Europe with Zachary Richard and Papa Wemba. He also devotes much of his time to teaching. Rich of many different cultures and experiences, Mohamed Bangoura is still very attached to his culture and people and regularly returns to Guinea.
