Stiff consistency perfect for roses, borders and more. To create a softer icing to cover a cake stir in 2 teaspoons water. If you want it stiffened, add confectioner's sugar. Perfect for any cake or dessert! Cover and refrigerate and unused icing for up to 2 weeks.
