Smoky Garlic Mozzarella Dip and Spread by Elki

This versatile dip of roasted garlic blended with creamy mozzarella cheese, red chili peppers, paprika, and onions will be a hit every time. Spread it on a roast beef sandwich or use it as a baked potato topping.  Use it as a dip for chips or fries and a condiment for burgers.  As a dip, this goes great with pretzels, celery sticks, broccoli, potato skins, bread sticks, and jalapeno peppers.

Each glass jar contains 10 ounces. Refrigerate after opening.
