Ramstadt-Breda Medium Dark Cocoa (France)--Large one pound pack

Bake your best chocolate cookies and cakes ever with this gourmet cocoa powder!   This really is good cocoa, much better than that found in the stores.  It is used by the best bakers and pastry chefs in Europe and America.  It will make a difference in your recipes. 

This is terrific, Dutch-processed cocoa powder imported from France.  It is finer ground and richer than most American cocoa powders but with a mellower tone than our Deep Rich cocoa powder.  It makes for richer, deeper, chocolate-flavored baked goods than most cocoa powders sold in the stores.

This is a high cocoa butter content cocoa powder--16/18 DP.  Many store brands only have 8/10.
