Note: Chunks are extruded into a "rope" and then chopped into uniform lengths--not molded as chips are.  The chopping creates chocolate dust which adheres to the chunks and gives them a somewhat dusty appearance.  They are still first quality.

These are made from deep, dark, pure chocolate for a very chocolaty cookie.  Chocolate chunks are bigger than chocolate chips.  The chocolate is extruded into sticks and then chopped off in 1/4 to 3/8-inch chunks.  In bigger chunks, you get a more intense chocolate experience.
