Gourmet Blueberry Tidbits (Baking Chips)

We use these in scone, cookie, and pancake recipes--but you can use them in any of your  own favorite recipes. They add a burst of real fruit flavor in every bite.  They're made with real blueberry puree but they melt like chocolate chips.  You'll find bright blue splashes in everything you bake.
