Don't miss these classic buttery dinner rolls--Parker House Rolls.  They are perfect for guests and just right for family. Now make them with the ease of your bread machine, with your stand-type mixer, or by hand.  These are easier to make than most dinner rolls because you don’t have to shape them.  You make three little dough balls, roll the balls through melted butter, and place them in a muffin tin.

  • Made with buttermilk like the authentic 1867 recipe.
  • This package contains one mix.  Each mix makes the equivalent of a large loaf.
  • SAF yeast packet is enclosed.  You provide only water and butter/oil.
  • Directions and tips for perfect bread are included.  You can make this bread in your bread machine, by hand, or with a stand-type mixer.  If you use your bread machine, you will form the rolls and bake them in your oven.
Don't miss these royal rolls--they are easy to make and oh, so good.  Your family will love them.  "My husband is very fond of the Parker House Rolls!" wrote one customer in Washington.  Because these are nearly foolproof, you'll make perfect rolls every time.  With thier buttery goodness, your family will fall in love with them.  Get some of these easy bread mixes for Sunday dinners.  The original Boston Parker House Hotel Rolls, circa 1860, were folded with a pat of butter tucked in the fold. Competitors, in an effort of one-upmanship, adopted a fancier cloverleaf shape but kept the same rich, buttery texture.  These heritage rolls are based on an 1867 recipe with which we took the liberty of adding the tang of buttermilk. You will find the buttermilk to be the perfect touch for these slightly crusty, light, brioche-like rolls. "I've really been spreading the word about what an awesome company and products you have.  I just LOVE the items I got.  What GREAT quality!" If you make this bread in your bread machine, water temperature is critical.  Please use a thermometer to measure water at exactly 80 degrees.  A ten degree difference in water temperature can double the growth rate of the yeast.  These bread mixes are satisfaction guaranteed when you use a thermometer.
