The four fin quad setup provides more drive and speed projection than your average twin fin set up. In addition, the deep single concave bottom contour adds lift while the slight vee in the tail gives maximum projection out of the turns. Bottom line is you get a fast and loose ride in small mushy surf and lots of performance in punchier waves.
