Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 slightly rounded scoops mixed with 16-24 ounces of water 30-45 minutes prior to training on an empty stomach. If sensitive to stimulants, begin with lower dose (1-2 slightly rounded scoops) to assess tolerance. Users will typically experience maximum results within 1-5 hours of very first dose. Using this product too close to bedtime may cause sleeplessness.
