Skirt bodice has 3" pleats front and back. Sash is included with this dress. Front round neck and back cut. 100% Polyester. Fabric is a thick weight fabric that is stretchy. Made in the USA. 60" from top of shoulders to bottom of hem. All measurements are taken from flat fabric.
