When at the beach, bungee cords should be used only in conjunction with a Dansforth-style or similar boat anchor, rated for 30’ or greater boats and weighing at least 18 pounds. DO NOT STRETCH BUNGEE CORDS UNTIL APPROVED ANCHOR IS FIRMLY SECURED UNDERWATER. Check anchor frequently to ensure anchor remains secure and underwater. Keep at least 20 feet on either side of the bungee cords clear at all times. Inspect bungee cord, handle and anchor connection before each use. Do not use if damaged. Make sure rope is not wrapped around part of anyone’s body during use. Bungee cords are intended only for use by one person at a time. Any other use may cause bungee cord failure. This product should never be used by children except under adult supervision. Do not operate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. ALWAYS WEAR A HELMET AND A LIFE VEST. Read Operator’s Manual before use. Do not remove warning.
