EZ Maintenance

EZ Maintenance...a complete, network ready, Windows software product. Designed to schedule, track, keep histories of and produce work orders for all maintenance on any type of equipment or vehicle (including tires!). EZ Maintenance also tracks costs, hours, and downtime for repairs. It includes over 80 reports and has available a link to Excel for the creation of any specialized reports you may require. All modules for both equipment and vehicle maintenance are included in the software for the one price. EZ Maintenance is multi-user ready right out of the box. It produces maintenance calendars and complete maintenance histories as well as numerous other reports, and recurring maintenance can be scheduled for up to a year in advance. Along with many other features, EZ Maintenance produces individual work orders for all maintenance. These work orders can include step by step instructions, and parts required. Work orders track equipment/vehicle down time, the dollar value of parts used, and the dollar value of the employee hours expended to perform maintenance or service. EZ Maintenance shows at a glance all maintenance or service scheduled for the any time period selected. The three levels of passwords in EZ Maintenance insure that only supervisors can approve maintenance performed, or reschedule maintenance not performed when scheduled. Emergency or non-scheduled maintenance can be performed at any time, and when completed is automatically added to the maintenance history. Equipment to be maintained can be bar coded, allowing a maintenance procedure to begin with a simple reading of the bar code. EZ Maintenance tracks both vehicle and driver license information and license expiration dates and produces a report showing all expiring licenses 30 days in advance. It also records all driver information, and allows for entry and tracking of all driver incidents.
