Schaller Megaswitch Version E

Megaswitch Version E Version E is recommended for the following pickup configurations: • 3 singlcoils • Humbucker / singlecoil / singlecoil (singlecoils with reversed polarity) • Humbucker / singlecoil / humbucker • humbucker / humbucker 3 singlecoils Positions 1, 2, 4 and 5 deliver the same sounds as a standard 5-way switch. In the middle position the Megaswitch combines the bridge and neck pickup in parallel mode as known from the Telecaster middle Position – a much desired but never before achieved combination of sounds. Humbucker / singlecoil / singlecoil (singlecoils with reversed polarity) or Humbucker / singlecoil / humbucker When using these pickup configurations, at position 1 and 5 either bridge or neck pickup are on. At position 2 and 4 you get the well known Stratocaster sounds and at the middle position the split neck and bridge pickup, as known from the Telecaster middle position. In HSH combinations all 5 sound are humfree, in HSS combinations all except position 5. Humbucker / Humbucker At position 1 and 5 either neck or bridge pickup are on.
