This Spring tea is made of tender plump leaves that are skillfully rolled into tight dark emerald green iron looking chunks that unfurl into full leaves. The liquor has a lasting orchid fragrance and a sweet fresh taste. It is named after Guan Yin, the Goddess of Mercy and it was first made in the mid 1700s. It is considered as one of China's Ten Famous teas.
