5-HTP (90 Capsules) - A dietary supplement to support proper mood, sleep, and appetite functions.* 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) is a precursor to Serotonin production in the brain. Serotonin is a key neurotransmitter, manufactured in the brain, that helps support mood and appetite balance, and sleep functions. Optimum Serotonin levels promote feelings of calm and emotional balance.
