Q: What are some current trends in the beauty industry?

Steve Arya: The beauty supply industry is beginning to be more in tune with social media. Facebook, Twitter and other forms of messaging are used to provide followers and subscribers with instant communication and updates.

Q: How does eNailSupply maintain a unique style amidst the changing market?

Steve: We try to be seasonal: our site changes on a seasonal basis and our themes try to follow the sign of the times. We also dedicate the month of October for the Susan G. Komen foundation and to fight the prevention of breast cancer. This uniqueness in our industry tends to give us an edge and a more updated look.

Q: In what ways do you ensure that your buyers receive safe, quality beauty supplies?

Steve: We do not resell any returns so there can never be a hygiene issue. We only resell from reputable manufacturers and never sell generic brands. We also honor any poor quality product by sending a replacement immediately

Q: Why would someone want professionally used products for their hands, feet, and nails?

Steve: When a person sees something used in a nail salon or a spa, they want to replicate that experience at home. If the professional service centers use it then it has to be the best of breed in the product genre. Since a spa experience is prohibitively expensive for most people, the likelihood that an online shopper would buy a name brand becomes very good in order to reproduce that very relaxing atmosphere they experience in a professional service center.

Q: Waxing can be a messy ordeal, how do your products make home waxing easy?

Steve: There are many types of wax including 'no-mess wax' where the wax is applied and can then be peeled off without any use of wax strips. There are also roll on waxes where the wax itself is contained and can only be dispensed in a non-messy manner.

Q: Some people have a difficult time keeping their nails strong and healthy what are some products that help rejuvenate unhealthy nails?

Steve: Some of the popular items include Rejuvacote, Nailtiques and NailTek. They tend to be the industry leader and most trusted brands for keeping nails healthy and happy.

Q: What are the most effective ways to pamper your skin?

Steve: Our typical customer is a professional musician, or a very serious amateur. Because of the level of protection and handmade nature of our product, they do tend to be a bit more expensive that an off the shelf product. However, to a musician who makes his or her living from that instrument, they want all the protection they can buy. What is interesting is that we have to always consider the emotional and historical value of an item, not just the price in dollars. Many of our customers have one of a kind instruments, or family heirlooms or simply have a strong emotional connection to their instrument.

Q: How can customers add their own personal style to the cases they purchase through your store?

Steve: Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize is always rule number one -- feed your skin nourishing oils and lotions and it will thank you every time. Other ways include using high quality scrubs and aromatherapy. Some high quality brands we sell include Cuccio, Creative Nail Design (CND) and Qtica.

Q: How does your store assist customers in selecting the best possible products?

Steve: We help the customers by providing quality-written, custom content. Occasionally we send out our staff favorites email flyer and we also send out email flyers that show our customers the best sellers of the quarter.

Q: How effective has your use of social media (i.e. Twitter, Facebook) proven? How do you plan to build upon your current social media strategy?

Steve: We feel our social media integration is very strong, and growing. We have a very good following, especially on Twitter. We usually Tweet to our Twits on a daily basis and provide "secret" Twitter coupons on an occasional basis.
