"Isis Bust" by Louis Hottot

 This sculpture by Louis Hottot (French, 1834-1905) depicts the lovely Egyptian goddess with an enigmatic smile, her eyes half closed.  Below the bust is a bronze base with "ISIS" in raised letters on the front and incised hieroglyphics on its sides.  Please click on the thumbnail images above to see additional views. We have cast this bust of Isis in our own California art foundry using 12 lbs. (5.5 kg) of pure bronze.  The sculpture is finished with a rich, classic patina in tones of browns and amber.  Mounted onto a black marble base, it stands 15" high by 7½" wide (38 cm high x 19 cm wide).  The sculpture is signed "L Hottot" on its right shoulder and carries our foundry seal. This is a fine bronze sculpture, made to the highest standards.  We guarantee your satisfaction. For more information or to arrange international shipment, please send email to info@artbronze.com or call us at 818.841.7979.
