"Icarus"

 This stunning artwork was originally sculpted in Europe during the Art Deco period in the 1920's.  It depicts the mythological figure of Icarus, attired in a stylized loincloth and with outstretched wings.  Please click on the thumbnail images above to see additional views. We have cast Icarus in our own California art foundry using 5 lbs. (2 kg) of pure bronze.  The sculpture is finished with a classic rich patina in tones of browns and amber.  Mounted onto a black marble base, Icarus stands 13½" high by 8" wide (32 cm high x 20 cm wide).  The sculpture carries our Art Bronze foundry seal and is stamped with its individual casting number on its bronze base. This is a fine bronze sculpture, made to the highest standards.  We guarantee your satisfaction. For more information or to arrange international shipment, please send email to info@artbronze.com or call us at 818.841.7979.
