PhatRisers II, Chrome (Kawasaki) MSRP:  $144.95

These handlebar risers were created especially for Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 Classic, 1500 Drifter, and Nomad (due to their longer steering head moments), and for 'vertically challenged' 800 Vulcan owners. Raises the bars 2.5" and pulls your grips back 3" closer to you. Works with original cables/hoses, but requires you to reroute them behind the triple tree in some applications. These will work with all Vulcan 400/800/900/1500/1600/2000 CL and LT and Nomad 1500/1600, too. Our favorite for the Nomad and 1500/1600 Classic (F.I. or Carb'd), due to their slightly longer stance. PERFECT for Vulcan 800 & 900 owners with short arms or being 5'5" or shorter. Clears the Speedometer nacelle perfectly, and allows for two possible mounting locations to fine tune your handlebars to your specific comfort requirements. Weighing in at over 1.6 lbs each.

This significantly reduces rider back, neck and shoulder strain and allows for a more relaxed riding position.

Will fit the following Bikes:

  • Vulcan 400/800 "A" or Classic = center hole & studs. Rerouting throttle, brake, and clutch required. Route clutch up rh frame downtube, between nacelle and triple tree, and on to clutch lever. Looks and works great in this position.
  • Vulcan 400/800 Drifter = center hole & studs. Rerouting throttle, brake, and clutch required. Route clutch up rh frame downtube, between nacelle and triple tree, and on to clutch lever. Looks and works great in this position.
  • Vulcan 900 (all models) = center hole & studs. Some rerouting required on rare occasions, varies from bike to bike.
  • Vulcan 1500 A/B/C/L = center hole & studs. Some rerouting required, varies from bike to bike.
  • Vulcan 1500 Drifter = center hole & studs. Usually no rerouting required.
  • Vulcan 1500 Classic (carb'd) = center hole & studs. Minor rerouting required on some bikes.
  • Vulcan 1500 Classic FI = center hole & studs. Usually no rerouting required.
  • Vulcan 1500/1600 Nomad = off-center hole & allen bolts. Usually no rerouting required.
  • Vulcan 1600 Classic = center hole & studs. Usually no rerouting required.
  • Vulcan 2000 Classic and LT will require routing all cables and hoses to behind triple tree, 4" longer cables required for stock position.
  • Wiring... there is typically a large amount of extra wiring within the headlight bucket. One only needs to grasp the wiring sheathing, and pull gently. 1-3" of additional wiring is easlity found in most applications.
