OZ. As more people chemically-treat and over-style their hair, the need to restore hair back to health becomes immense.  Sebastian delivers an incredible hair reconstruction treatment.  Penetrait "penetrates" deep into damaged hair with a protein-injected formula to help rescue and restore strength, elasticity, shine and condition.  The original, innovative form changes from a cream-gel to a hard protective shell when dried with heat; then rinse away silky clean, leaving hair as good as new.  DIRECTIONS:  Shampoo hair.  Rinse.  Towel Dry.  Pour into hands and apply liberally to damp hair.  Comb through.  Place under heat for at least 20 minutes.  Allow to dry to a hard shell.  Rinse.
