Hydrated Bentonite has long been used for both internal and external detoxification because of its highly absorptive properties, and is ideal for drawing out and binding toxins. Together they sweep through the intestinal tract binding and removing loosened mucoid plaque and other debris as they exit the body.* Suggested Intake:To make the cleansing shake, add 1 packet Hydrated Bentonite and 10 oz water to a shaker jar, shake gently until mixed. Then add 1 packet Gourmet Psyllium Husk Powder and shake vigorously until thoroughly blended. Drink immediately, as the shake will thicken.
