Nicamaka Viking One-Spreader-Bar Sprang Woven Ergonomic Hammock- Aqua

At last - a safer one-bar hammock! Rigid spreader-bars in two ends of a hammock create instability and reduce comfortable hammock use. The Viking Hammock has a laminated, curve single bar at one end only and because of this hammock "fall-out" is a thing of the past. This hammock can be used in stands the elegant Viking Stand as shown, for sure, or between hammock supports. The design of this single bar hammock is the result of collaboration of Nicamaka and Robert Reinders, designer of the Viking Stand. When shown in that stand the graceful curves of the hammock reinforce the stand's curved shapes as it sits, bow-like between the "keel" pieces. Although most occupants will place their heads at the bar-end, placing heads at the other end works quite well and some say better. The bed of the Viking Hammock has 864 sprang-woven cords for maximum comfort. It is available in Aqua or Umber polyester.
