The Vertimax V6 Plus is an upgrade to the V6. It contains the same two new platform surface cords, however the two rotating pulley assemblies can now slide on a tracking system allowing coaches and trainers to select a wide variety of anchor points for the surface cords. • The "V6 Plus" is an UPPER AND LOWER BODY reactive power trainer with multiple vector selection capability.

Number of Resistance Bands

• The V6 Plus is actually a V6, except whereas the fifth and sixth cords emanate from a fixed location on the V6, on the V6 Plus trainers can select/re-locate the emanation points so as to produce a vector that more precisely replicates the sports move requirement of the athlete being trained.

Setting Desired Training Resistance

• Resistance is set on the two new bands just like on the basic four bands - by extracting or retracting the cords.

• Many sports-specific explosive exercises can be performed, but our "Basic Training Routine" consisting of 'Quarter Quick' and 'Half Quick' explosive jumps will produce immediate and outstanding improvements in an athlete's time out of the blocks, his vertical jump, and his times!
