The six-cord V6 is an upgrade of the V4, in that it has two more topside resistance bands located on either end of the platform. Two rotating pulley assembles mounted to the platform surface allow a 5th and 6th band to be attached to the ankles for numerous sports specific leg and foot movements, such as kicking, hurdling, etc. This model comes in two sizes. Number of Resistance Bands

• The V6 is actually a V4 with two additional resistance bands. In addition to the four bands under the platform on the V4, the V6 has a fifth and sixth band on the top of the platform - one left and one right.

Setting Desired Training Resistance

• Resistance is set on the two new bands just like on the basic four bands - by extracting or retracting the cords.
