All clad takes the construction one step further by wedging an alluminum layer between the copper and the stainless steellayers. This allows an even heat distribution. Securely attached with two heavy-duty noncorrosive steel rivets, the handles on All-Clad's Cop-R-Chef cookware are 18/10 stainless steel.
