Assembly Instructions First preassemble chair with-out screws. Once assembled, loosely put each screw in and just turn it on or two turns. Once all screw are inserted, tighten all screw half way then go back and complete tighten then all again. If one screw is tightened completely before the others, some of the pieces might not align properly and the last screws may not fit. The ball should be filled to between 45cm to 50cm, 48cm is the best diameter. If the ball does not get to 45cm, let it sit for 24 hours then continue to fill again.
