Cemco Power Grip Olympic Plate Package Deal - POWER GRIP Plates integrate an even number, symmetrical hole pattern to reduce strain on wrists while loading on to bars or equipment. A six hole pattern will allow you to have a parallel, opposing grip for ease in loading and lifting. Also, effortlessly passable to a partner. Our plates come fully machined and are within 2 % in accuracy in weight and come with an Industrial-Strength, Hammertone finish. Our plates have a fully machined center hole and machined handles for a smoother grip. POWER GRIP plates now come with a reduced flange and Kilogram markings.
