A: No, you can't - as this unit isn't provided with support software - it's a USB plug-in device and thus designed to work with USB compatible computers. Q: Well then, why the heck isn't the sucker-head device recognized on my computer? A: There's a few things you need to do BEFORE attaching to your PC. First, make sure the SD card is inserted properly into the device. Then turn the device ON before connecting to the PC. Q: What do I do when I only get a blue light and to power the unit off I have to reset it? A: Don't throw it away or just use it as a keychain yet! Ensure the device is powered on and remove the SD card and then reinsert it. This generally makes it happy again. A: Yes, we can also provide answers to questions you haven't yet asked. Generally speaking, removing and re-inserting the SD card with the power on or off will fix most problems. There are rare cases when the device doesn't properly recognize the SD card when first inserting which may cause a bit of a heart attack (nothing life threatening though). To resuscitate: reset the system, power it on, insert the SD card and attempt recording. If this doesn't work, turn the power off and remove the SD card and re-insert. Yeah, we know, it's a lot of steps but these devices are small and made to be inconspicuous - if we put a bunch of menu buttons all over the device it might be easier, but it just wouldn't look as slick.
