Quickstart Guide for Lens Adjustment: 1. Unscrew the camera cover holding the rear-side of the camera 2. Unscrew and rotate the knob on the zoom module labeled "&<-->N" for Zoom and "FAR<-->NEAR" for Focus adjustment 3. Then screw back the adjustment knob and the camera cover to tighten being careful not to over-tighten
