The Arrowflame 24” electric log set insert AL24n001 consist of a steel chasis that houses the flame image generator and heater module, tempered glass flame screen that displays the fire image and heavily detailed cast resin logs. The whole unit angles and tapers back to perfectly blend with your fireplace giving the illusion of real burning logs.

A key feature of the AL24N001 is that it is one of the most innovative electric fireplaces available with it's unique random flame effect, 5000Btu heater, Remote control to change heat settings and 10 different flame effect settings.

The most important part of an electric fireplace is the flame and you will find non better for natural realism. The Arrowflame flame system provides a random realism that none of the competition have been able to achieve, when viewed side by side with competitive units, other models appear very repetitive and un realistic.

The AL24N001 is designed to be installed into an existing fireplace or similar opening and the opening dimensions must be at least: 26" wide at the front 18" wide at a point 12" from the front 15" high This unit is designed to be fitted in to a custom opening, it also fits in to many of our free standing mantels. There is no venting required, allowing a custom made unit to be constructed against any wall in the home Regular 110v electrical outlet needed. Indoor use only.

In the unlikely event of a problem occurring with your product Arrowflame will supply you with the necessary replacement parts for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of parts with material or manufacturing defects, provided that the parts have been subjected to normal conditions of use and service. After one year, costs of parts, repairs, and shipping/handeling charges may be subject to the customer.

This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was made through an authorized supplier of the company.

• Our products ship within 2 to 4 business days.  You will usually receive your order in 7 to 10 business days depending on your location.
• Soon after placing your order, you will receive an email to let you know we have received it, if you have paid using PayPal or Google Checkout you will also receive an e-mail from them confirming your payment.
• Depending on the size and weight of the item, we ship UPS, FedEx Ground, or for larger items we use LTL.  You will be sent an email containing your shipping and tracking information when your item is shipped from our warehouse.

Check the item when it is delivered for damage.  Should your item be damaged, be sure to make a note on the driver's delivery sheet, refuse the shipment, and contact our office as soon as possible.
