The Arrowflame Premier 24” electric firebox insert AFPE2409 is constructed using heavy steel with a premium powder coating. The logs have additional lighting directly beneath them to enhance the look of a real ember bed of glowing red hot coals.

A key feature of the AFPE2409 is the snap, crackle, and pop sound effect. This feature has an adjustable volume or can be turned off at the operators request.

The most important part of an electric fireplace is the flame and you will find non better for natural realism. The Arrowflame Premier fireboxes have achieved a more full bodied vibrant flame with a rich natural color by using an acrylic screen instead of glass mirrors behind the logs.

Weight: 45lbs. The AFPE2409 is designed to be fitted into a custom opening or will also fit into many of our free standing mantels. There is no venting required, allowing a custom made unit to be constructed against any wall in the home Regular 110v electrical outlet needed. Indoor use only.

In the unlikely event of a problem occurring with your product Arrowflame Premier will supply you with the necessary replacement parts for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of parts with material or manufacturing defects, provided that the parts have been subjected to normal conditions of use and service. After one year, costs of parts, repairs, and shipping/handeling charges may be subject to the customer.

This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was made through an authorized supplier of the company.

•  Our products ship within 2 to 4 business days.  You will usually receive your order in 7 to 10 business days depending on your location.
•  Soon after placing your order, you will receive an email to let you know we have received it, if you have paid using PayPal or Google Checkout you will also receive an e-mail from them confirming your payment.
•  Depending on the size and weight of the item, we ship UPS, FedEx Ground, or for larger items we use LTL.  You will be sent an email containing your shipping and tracking information when your item is shipped from our warehouse.

Check the item when it is delivered for damage.  Should your item be damaged, be sure to make a note on the driver's delivery sheet, refuse the shipment, and contact our office as soon as possible.
