 The Eton 44 from the Arrowflame Designer Collection. The Eton from the Arrowflame Designer Collection is a classically styled electric fireplace, with clean lines to suit all decors.

The Eton models are complete free standing fireplace packages that simply plug in to a regular outlet and can be placed against any wall in your home, this model is available in white, oak, cherry and distressed black.

The mantel is constructed from high quality solid wood veneers and molding with a hardwood core, resulting in an outstanding quality piece of furniture. The firebox has a 5,000 BTU heater that can be switched on via the remote control to provide instant heat.

In the unlikely event of a problem occurring with your product Arrowflame will supply you with the necessary replacement parts for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of parts with material or manufacturing defects, provided that the parts have been subjected to normal conditions of use and service.After one year, costs for parts, repairs, shipping/handeling, etc.  may be subject to the customer.

This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was made through an authorized supplier of the company.

•  Our products ship within 2 to 4 business days.  You will usually receive your order in 7 to 10 business days depending on your location.
•  Soon after placing your order, you will receive an email to let you know we have received it, if you have paid using PayPal or Google Checkout you will also receive an e-mail from them confirming your payment.
•  Depending on the size and weight of the item, we ship UPS, FedEx Ground, or for larger items we use LTL.  You will be sent an email containing your shipping and tracking information when your item is shipped from our warehouse.

Check the item when it is delivered for damage.  Should your item be damaged, be sure to make a note on the driver's delivery sheet, refuse the shipment, and contact our office as soon as possible.
