Fancy 3 row jeweled collar with two rows of clear diamond crystals surrounding one row of white pearl beads. The 7/8" wide vinyl dog collar is available in a wide array of colors.    Collar width narrows slightly at the buckle; are folded adding thickness & durability; and have a center "O" post. PLEASE MEASURE CAREFULLY - This collar is measured by the total length of the collar.                                                       Neck size is approximately 2 inches SMALLER. 'O" Ring is not a recommended style for dogs that pull.
