Ingredients:  

Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizoma) 24%

Dang Shen (Codonopsis Radix) 16%

Mai Ya (Hordium Germinatus) 16%

Chen Pi (Citrus Reticulata) 16%

Zhi Shi (Citrus Auruntium Fructus) 16%

Shan Zha (Crataegus Fructus) 12%

Action and Indication: This formula Invigorates Qi and regulates its

flow; it strengthens the Spleen to promote its digestive function. It is

used for interior accumulation of food, and with weak digestive function

of the Spleen and Stomach. It is used for such symptoms as:

indigestion, abdominal distention, decreased food intake and appetite,

loose stools. Dang Shen and Bai Zhu invigorate Qi in the Middle-Jiao

and strengthen the Spleen and the Stomach; Shan Zha and Mai Ya help

digestion and remove food stagnancy; Chen Pi and Zhi Shi regulate the

flow of Qi, relieve depression, remove the retention of food in the

stomach, and relieve the stasis in the intestines.
