Fluorescent Probe Purification Kit, Single Column, 50 Reactions

The ArrayIt Fluorescent Probe Purification Kit is advanced purification system that uses sophisticated separation chemistry in a convenient and affordable single column configuration. Fluorescent nucleic acid probes and other types of labeled cDNA, genomic DNA, mRNA and aRNA are mixed with binding buffer and bound to the proprietary glass membrane inside the spin column using light centrifugation. Several buffer washes remove unwanted salts, enzymes, primers, unincorporated dyes and nucleotides, and other contaminants from the probe molecules that otherwise diminish the quality of DNA Hybridization reactions and elevate background fluorescence. A simple elution step provides highly purified (>99%) samples at yields >90%. Microarray assays are only as good as the samples they use. The FPP kit is a fast and affordable way to obtain labeled samples of extraordinary quality.
