The ARC Wireless Freedom Motorola Pack contains the following items:

• ARC Wireless Freedom Antenna (FME)
• 352015 Motorola RAZR Cell Phone Adapter Cable (excludes International V3x)
• WA-1003: Motorola Q
• WA-1017: Motorola KRZR K1 (GSM ONLY), NOT KRZR K1m (CDMA)

Additional phone adapter cables are also available.

Note: We offer the FME version of the Freedom Antenna which will connect directly to our phone adapter cables. If you purchase a Freedom Antenna from another vendor you may receive the TNC version in which case you will also need an FME/F to TNC/F adapter.

Optional:

• Includes 3' of cable - cable extensions available.
• Clip Pack (laptop clip and vent clip)

Instructions:

• Power off wireless device
• Attach the phone adapter cable to the antenna cable
• Plug connector into antenna port on wireless device
• Power on wireless device

Home and Office Use:

• When installing Freedom Antenna in pedestal, antenna label should face pedestal cable exit
• Place antenna as close to exterior window as possible
• Attach to the top of your laptop using a laptop clip (sold separately)

Vehicle Use:

• Adhere suction cups to antenna in designated circles above and below label
• Make sure glass surface is clean on area of installation
• Moisten suction cups and adhere antenna to glass
• Connect antenna to wireless device
• Attach to the vent in most vehicles using a vent clip (sold separately)

Installation Tips:

• Antenna should be mounted vertically to maximize performance
• Antenna should not be mounted against metal

Please note that some signal must exist in order for the Arc Wireless Freedom Antenna to function. For extremely poor signal situations we recommend an exterior mount antenna such as the Wilson Cellular Dual-Band Magnetic Mount (for vehicles) or Wilson Cellular Dual-Band Trucker (for home, buildings).

WARNING - MOTOROLA RAZR

When an antenna adapter is inserted into the port on most phones, a mechanical switch in the phone's connector disconnects the phone's antenna and switches to the external antenna. When the adapter is removed, the switch should reconnect the phone to its own antenna.

If the switch does not reconnect the phone's antenna, the phone will show reduced signal or no service unless the external antenna adapter is inserted.

It is rare for this phone defect to occur but it can happen with the Motorola V3 RAZR series of phones.
