Merchant Spotlight: Cases Galore

Michael and Kathy Dennis have been running their site, CasesGalore.com, since March of 2004. Their company was created out of the willingness to help a friend in need. Michael's friend, Jim Chacon has done a great deal of construction on Michael's house --adding television studios. At the age of 64, Jim found that his aging body could no longer keep up with the demands of a construction project and was left trying to figure out how he could make a living. Michael decided he would help his friend out. Having previous experience with buying aluminum cases for camera equipment, while working for a major television network, Michael took a trip to China to buy cases for his friend to sell at flea markets so he could maintain a steady income.

"Most people visit China and bring home a souvenir," says Kathy. "Michael came back with half ownership of a factory and (4) 40 foot containers of goods."

Upon his return, Michael and Kathy decided to begin their online store, CasesGalore.com. " From the start I researched and found MonsterCommerce as my primary choice because the learning curve for running an Internet business was so steep and the program was so well laid out for a beginner," boasted Michael. Saying that the Dennis' business has been successful is an understatement. "This year, business seems to have doubled in volume on the retail side and the wholesale side is totally out of control," said Michael. "I love my site and the associates at MonsterCommerce. I have suggested the company to at least 10 other internet retailers. The internet is an amazing vehicle but proper guidance and direction is essential and MonsterCommerce has provided that for me on a constant basis."

Michael and Kathy provide aluminum cases to many small businesses as well as larger companies such as Wal-Mart, Cabela's, Johnson & Johnson and many others.
