Details

The rubber seal in your coleman appliance's filler cap is responsible for holding pressure from escaping while your appliance is pumped full of pressure. Periodically check the rubber gasket inside your filler cap to make sure it is intact. If the gasket is deteriating, then it needs to be replaced. Order this part. Older Coleman appliances so prior to 1970 have a two-piece cap with a brass insert that retained the rubber gasket. Newer appliances have a one piece cap with gasket held in place. The replacement part is the one piece cap. Threads are the same for new or old. Order this part to fix new or old Coleman tanks filler caps.
