Cracklins are a cajun snack made similarly to pork rinds. *****For Cracklin Lovers and for your special upcoming parties or celebrations we now offer our Pork Cracklins in larger sizes. We now have one pound bags and five pound bags in our special air-tight plastic containers which keep the Pork Cracklins fresh and can be put in the freezer for later. The Pork Cracklins will last in the freezer for a long period and still taste fresh. ****

Our cracklins are made from fresh pork skins, cut and cooked to a golden crisp after sitting in a hot vat of bubbly perfection. We cook them the old fashioned way in big black iron pots and we add just Salt like we did the Old Fashion Way. We do offer Mild Barbecue and Hot Barbecue Pork Cracklins. You add your seasoning for your Taste if you chose.They will stay fresh and tasty for many days and can be put in the freezer for later or warmed up in the microwave if wanted warm.
