MICR stands for Magnetic Ink Character Recognition. Banks use MICR technology to read the numbers and symbols on the bottom of checks. These numbers and symbols must use the special E-13B MICR font required by the ANSI X9B standards for automated check processing.
Now, with the MICR Encoder, you can print these numbers and symbols, along with the rest of your check information, on plain, perforated check stock using your laser printer and special toner.
This product allows for multiple user access on a single server. (Requires Industrial Strength Payroll with extra-cost Site License)
