Tie Breaker Chain

Includes:  1 Tie Breaker Chain Measuring Device The double sided eraser will not damage billiard cloth as it is dragged across the table during measuring.  Tie Breaker Chain will measure up to 23 inches.  This is a "must have" accessory for competitive Bobble Ball players! Tie Breaker Chain is simple to use.  Gently place one pencil next to Bobble Ball and pull the other pencil toward one of the billiard balls in question.  Once this dimension has been established, move the measuring device to compare the distance between Bobble Ball and the other billiard ball in question.  If there is an air gap on the second measurement, then the first billiard ball is closer to Bobble Ball.  If there is slack in the chain, then the second billiard ball is closer to Bobble Ball.  Tie Breaker Chain works on the same principle as a "first down" measuring device in the game of football.
