What make DuraLite™ ultralight composite poles different than other manufacturer’s carbon fiber poles? - Fibers laid out in matrix to create a sort of “rip-stop” pattern (Other manufacturers only lay out fibers in one direction so a small crack can quickly propagate and cause a pole failure.) - Extra strengthening at joints to reduce the chance of a pole failure at the joints. - Elastomer bumper between joints to help prevent a chip or crack from starting. 1 set of 2 poles ultralight weight: 8oz +/- 0.1oz (225g +/- 1g) Fits Evolution 2P and Mirage 2P shelters
