When choosing the name to place down the side of this custom sock you are limited to:

Your order will be placed on hold or cancelled if this signed form is not returned within 3-4 days once we have sent it to you.  Size Chart Everyone varies in size. To get a better measurement, measure from the tip of the toe along the bottom of the foot and up the back of the leg. Then match that measurement to the tube length.
