TA Performance Rear Axle Girdle for Ford 9.75 Rear End

TA Performance has long been the leader in rear girdles for Ford Rears, and for good reason. They use only the best materials like 356 aircraft grade aluminum that has been heat treated to T6 specifications and then stress relieved. The TA girdles are CNC machined using a 3 step process to ensure the highest accuracy and tolerances. TA Performance then sends the cover through a process where they are hand deburred and inspected to insure that the cover you get is perfect in fit and finish. All TA Performance girdles are equipped with a fill port & drain port to make servicing the differential easy. Of course, the main feature is the bearing cap preload studs which are there to prevent the bearing caps from bulging out under load (hard launches). We recommend you also purchase the bearing cap stud kit for added strength. TA Performance has observed a lower differential operating temperature of around 15* which will help prolong the life of your rear by preventing the fluid from breaking down. These girdles also increase overall gear fluid capacity by approximately 1/2 a pint. This girdle also has recessed stud areas for increased clearance around suspension pieces, unlike many of their competitor's pieces. All that and they look great, too! Includes cover, bolts & gasket.
