SpiderBall

 In Oregon, cloudy, rainy days can often outnumber sunny days 2-to-1. As a result, kids in Gym class have to spend lots of time indoors. The inventor of the SpiderBall just happens to be a PE teacher from the great Northwest, and the idea for the SpiderBall occurred on one of those cloudy, rainy days. “Mr. SpiderBall” wanted to give his early elementary school students a ball that was easy to catch and also quickly roll to a stop, keeping the play groups from scattering every time there was a missed catch. The rubber "legs" are not only fun and make the SpiderBall that much easier to grab, they also act as “brakes” and help the ball roll to a quick stop. The colorful, soft, high-bounce SpiderBall with the wiggly legs has been enjoyed by children in over 20,000 schools throughout the US since it's introduction in 1994. Ages 3 and up.
