The durable wood-grain finish is available in your choice of straightness tolerances: +/-.006 All of our Custom Built Arrows are hand fletched, using a single Bitzenburger jig. Our process provides the very best in quality fletching, as well as the best possible matched set of arrows. Custom arrows are typically built and shipped within 2-3 days of ordering. New for 2009, Mountain Archery is offering a Priority Build Option. For an additional $20.00, all arrow orders placed by 10 a.m. MT will be built and shipped the same day. Priority Build orders placed after 10 a.m. will be shipped the next business day. (Standard shipping charges still apply.) If for some reason your arrows can not be shipped, the $20 fee will be dropped and you will be notified of the delay that day. Arrow ordering help: 1. Utilize the chart below to ensure that vane color you've selected is available for the type of vane you've selected. While we do have a large selection of vanes to choose from, not all brands and sizes come in the same color. If an incorrect selection is made we will make a substitution that matches your choice as closely as possible. 2. If you are having your arrows cut to size, make sure the measurement provided is from the groove in the nock to the end of shaft.
