With many of features from the original, the new Zenix IQ has become more efficient and lighter. The lens focused HyperBright LED and double SuperBright LEDs are still there, but the unit now only requires two AA batteries instead of three. Utilizing "IQ technology," the new intelligence-integrated circuitry provides constant power thus allowing for constant light, mode memory so there's no more shuffling through every light setting imaginable, and a power meter which doubles as a locator light when the unit is turned off.
