The Rambo-comp crampon is specifically designed for overhanging ice and ice-climbing competitions. The two front points are drop forged in Chromolly steel. Forging allows us to work in three dimensions; combining the advantages of both horizontally and vertically oriented front points. Revolutionary rear-oriented points allow the climber to hook mushrooms or other features and "pull in" with his or her feet on overhanging terrain. The asymetric shape fits modern ice-climbing boots and the inward-curved front points permit a more stable hip orientation when high-stepping. Multiple adjustments allow the user to build a crampon custom fit to his boot, personalized to address his own habits and requirements. Choose dual or mono point.
