Pro-Troll HotChip 11 Flasher The ProChip 11 flasher has better action in the water than normal flashers. The overall length is 11 inches. The agitator fin provides an erratic roll and tail kick to the flasher. The EChip provides a tiny nerve type electric pulse every half revolution of the flasher. The combined result is a significant increase in hookups. The ProChip 11 is ideal for trailer spoons or bait rigs. It can be trolled as slow as one mile per hour and still maintain a solid tail kick which attracts the salmon.
