Triangular shaped, specially formulated color-enhancing rubber compound stand. Slip one or more stands over the end of the Glo-Toob and turn on the light. Color is refracted through the stand to greatly enhance visibility. Use the light and stand as a high-visibility, anti-roll beacon or light enhancer anywhere, even under water. Throw the light with stands attached onto pavement or any surface. It will come to a stop almost immediately and will not be damaged.
